About our websites

How long does it take to build my website? +
We have your website live within 48 hours of receiving your content and approving the design. We move fast because we know your time is valuable. Most clients are surprised at how quickly it all comes together.
Do I need to provide the content and photos? +
We'll ask you to fill in a simple questionnaire about your business — your services, hours, contact details, and anything else you want included. For photos, your own images are best but we can use professional stock images if needed. We'll guide you through exactly what we need.
Will my website show up on Google? +
Yes — we set up Google Search Console and submit your site to Google as part of every build. We also add proper meta titles and descriptions to every page. Google takes a few weeks to fully index a new site, but you'll start appearing in searches much faster than if you had no website at all.
What if I want to make changes after the site is live? +
Monthly updates are included in your subscription. Just call or email us and we'll make the changes. Need to update your hours, add a new service, or swap out a photo? Done. That's what the monthly fee covers.
Do I own my website? +
Yes — the website belongs to you. Your domain is registered in your name, and you have access to all your accounts. We manage everything for you, but you own it. If you ever wanted to move away from us (which we'd hate!), you can take your site with you.
Is my website secure? +
Very. Every site we build is hosted on Netlify (ultra-secure static hosting with no database to hack) and protected by Cloudflare (the world's leading web security platform). You get DDoS protection, a web application firewall, free SSL, and bot blocking — all included. This is enterprise-grade security that most agencies charge extra for.
What is Cloudflare and why do I need it? +
Cloudflare sits between the internet and your website, acting as a security shield. It blocks hackers, DDoS attacks (when someone tries to crash your site with fake traffic), and malicious bots before they ever reach your site. It also speeds up your site by caching content globally. It's used by major banks, governments, and millions of businesses worldwide — and we include it on every site we build at no extra cost.

About Aria

Will callers know they're talking to an AI? +
Most people don't know — and many are surprised when they find out. Aria uses a natural-sounding Australian voice and has real conversations. She doesn't sound robotic. There's a very small pause (less than a second) while she thinks, which is the only tell. Most callers just think they've reached a receptionist.
What happens when a caller asks something Aria doesn't know? +
Aria is trained on your specific business — your hours, services, location, FAQs, and more. If someone asks something outside of what she knows, she'll offer to take a message and have you call them back. She never makes things up.
Does Aria work with my existing phone number? +
Yes — we set up call forwarding from your existing number to Aria. You keep your same number. Callers dial your number as usual, Aria answers. You can set it to always forward, or just when you don't answer (after a few rings). It's completely transparent to your customers.
Can I listen to the calls Aria makes? +
Yes — every call is recorded and you receive a written summary after each one. You can listen to any call at any time. We also send you a monthly report showing call volume, common questions, and any appointments booked.
Can Aria book appointments into my calendar? +
Aria can collect appointment details (name, preferred date, time, and reason) and confirm the booking with the caller. Calendar integration with Google Calendar is available on our Premium package. For other packages, Aria takes the details and sends them to you to confirm.
What if I want to answer the call myself? +
Easy — just don't forward the call, or set forwarding to only activate after a certain number of rings. You answer first; if you're busy or don't pick up, Aria takes over. It's completely flexible.
How does Aria handle difficult or abusive callers? +
Aria stays calm and professional no matter what. She won't argue, get upset, or say anything inappropriate. If a call becomes unproductive, she'll politely wrap it up. It's one of the advantages of an AI — she has infinite patience.

No lock-in contracts. Ever. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. We're confident enough in our service that we don't need to trap you in a contract. We earn your business every single month.
